A little better, every game.
About this quick review
This is a lightweight two-move look-ahead, not a deep engine analysis. Labels are estimates and may miss tactics. A possible inaccuracy loses at least 0.75 pawns of estimated value, a mistake 1.5, and a blunder 3, compared with the suggested move. Pawn values describe the position, not your skill.

Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. Every play mode is available to guests. Sign up only if you want to save games and puzzle stars across devices.
Which way do pawns move?
On the free board, White moves toward the black banner at the top. Black moves toward the white side at the bottom. Use the pawn arrows when you need a reminder.
Where are my saved games?
Log in with the same account and open My progress. Guest games are saved only in that browser. Saved exercises also stay on the device where you created them.
Why can’t I move this piece?
In a game, move a piece of the side whose turn it is. A move cannot leave your king in check. Enable move hints in Game settings to see legal destinations.
I didn’t receive my email code.
Check your spam folder and the email address you entered. Use Resend verification code in the signup form. Wait a little before requesting another code.
I forgot my password.
Open Log in and choose Forgot password. Enter the reset code from your email and choose a new password. Google accounts can use Continue with Google.

Who operates this website?
Little King Chess operates littlekingchess.com. For privacy questions or a request about your information, use the private feedback form. Include a reply email if you want a response.
Playing without an account
You can use Learn, Puzzles and Game without signing in. Guest progress, preferences and saved exercises are kept in your browser. Learning lesson progress stays on the current device, separately for guests and each signed-in account; it is not synced to other devices. Clearing the website’s browser storage removes those local copies. Basic connection information is still processed to deliver and protect the website.
Accounts and saved progress
If you create an account, Supabase Auth stores your email, display name, account identifier, verification status and login information. Email passwords are stored as secure hashes. If you choose Google, Google authenticates you and provides profile information such as your name, email and profile image to Supabase. We do not receive your Google password or request access to your Gmail messages.
Cloudflare D1 stores your chess games, puzzle stars, game results and saved game preferences under your account identifier. Statistics are calculated from those records. Saved exercises stay in your browser, including when signed in.
Feedback and support
We store the category and message you submit, the time, and any optional reply email. Signed-in submissions are linked to your account. To limit spam, we temporarily store a pseudonymous daily rate-limit identifier derived from the connection’s IP address. The feedback form does not store the raw IP address in its feedback records.
Why we use this information
We use account and progress data to provide the account and saving features you choose. We use account emails for verification and password recovery, and feedback to respond to requests and improve the website. We use limited connection and rate-limit information to operate the service and prevent abuse.
The services involved
- Cloudflare: hosts the website, manages its domain connection, and stores chess progress and feedback.
- Supabase: handles accounts, password security and authentication.
- Resend: delivers verification and password-reset emails and processes email delivery records.
- Google: handles authentication only when you choose Google sign-in.
These providers may process information outside your country. Their privacy information describes their own processing and international transfers: Cloudflare, Supabase, Resend, and Google.
Browser storage and connection logs
The app uses browser storage to keep login sessions, game progress and preferences. This is separate from advertising tracking. The app code does not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Hosting and authentication providers may process IP addresses, browser information and security or delivery logs as part of their services.
How long information is kept
Cloud account and chess progress are kept until you delete the account or request removal. Feedback is normally removed after 90 days by scheduled housekeeping. Rate-limit records expire after 24 hours. Account deletion may be queued if a provider is temporarily unavailable; a minimal deletion record is kept for 30 days to prevent stale requests from recreating progress. Local copies on other devices, provider logs and backup copies may remain separately until cleared or expired under the provider’s retention arrangements.
Your choices
In Settings, you can change your display name, change an email account’s password, download saved progress and request account deletion. Signing out does not delete your account. For other requests, including access, correction, removal or questions about how information is used, contact the website operator through Feedback. You may also have rights under applicable data protection law, including contacting your local supervisory authority.
Children and personal information
The chess activities are available without an account. A nickname is enough for the display name. Avoid sharing sensitive information in names or feedback. If you are unsure whether to create an account or share information, ask a trusted adult.
